Files

By default, the installer offers you to decompress the required files in the "c:/Program Files/Ecti15" folder.

The files are :

• Ecti.exe the main application
• License.txt the license which allows you to use ECTI
• Ecti.cfg the configuration file of ECTI
• Ex.* are sample files which can be imported in ECTI, these files can be removed.
• Uninstall.exe to uninstall the application (not your projects)
• Pointers/*.bnk : mouse pointers files.
• Xtras/Player.exe is the local player which plays your movies, this file is copied in the export folder of each project.
• Xtras/player.dcr is the internet player which loads and plays your movies on the Internet, this file is copied in the export folder of each project.
• Xtras/cXtraSoundRec.x32, lame.exe and lame_enc.dll are plugins used by the editor to record and compress sounds.
• Xtras/index.html is the template file used to export the web compilations

Shorcuts

The installer creates these shorcuts :

• All programs > FPU > ECTI Editor -- the main application
• All programs > FPU > Uninstall -- to uninstall the application
  

Registry

There is no data written in the registry.
